A small business staffed with skilled craftspeople and machine operators, Gyokkodō produce cookware under their Marutama brand, which is always satisfying to use.
The gratin dish was made in quality 18/8 stainless steel, and has been polished with pride by the workers at Gyokkodō. The refined aspect of the material makes it an excellent surface for food.
The size of the dish is 105mm x 200m, with a height of 35mm. It weighs 100g, and has a capacity of 225ml.
