Featuring a ceramic grind blade, it combines function with quality in manufacture.
The exterior finish is in the classic ’tsuchime’ hammered metal style for which the Tsubame-Sanjo region is known.
It is stainless steel in its main body, with a wooden handle end that fits easily between the fingers.
It can contain around 30g of coffee beans, and is ideal either for daily use, or as a travel accessory for when you do not wish to compromise on brew quality while on the road.
