This is an octagon sided bowl by ceramicist Marumi Kujirai.
Undulating across its rim, this is a small piece that shows the Kasama based potter’s originality in form, and in the colour of her glazes.
The slight runs of colour into the inner of the piece are distinctive of Kujirai’s work, as is shape she produces by hand. It is completed in a light blue-green shade.
