This portable coffee mill was made in Sanjo by the Kawasaki company, within their Millu series
Featuring a ceramic grind blade, it combines function with quality in manufacture.
It is finished in keyaki (zelkova) wood, made and sourced in Japan. The three parts of the main body section are made from same piece of wood, and can be moved to match one another.
The natural material means that each is slightly different in its appearance, and provides a pleasing, tactile sense when used.
The mill can contain around 30g of coffee beans, and is ideal either for daily use, or as a travel accessory for when you do not wish to compromise on brew quality while on the road.
